Lead your Life by Integrating all your Parts
How we are of service to you:
Coaching That Honors Every Part of You.
You don’t need to “fix” yourself to move forward. You need the right support, tools, and space to understand what’s getting in the way.
Our coaching blends life skills development with an Internal Family Systems (IFS) framework to help you work with and not against your nervous system, motivation, and protective patterns. Together, we build practical strategies while strengthening your inner leadership and self-trust.
In coaching, you’ll receive:
A personalized roadmap for your goals.
Support with focus, follow-through, and overwhelm.
Tools for emotional regulation and self-compassion.
Structure, accountability, and skill-building.
Clarity around what motivates and blocks you.
A collaborative, affirming coaching relationship.
Sustainable systems that work for your real life.
This is coaching for humans — not hustle culture.
What is Coaching?
ADHD Coaching • Life Transitions • Parts-Informed Growth
Integrated Parts Coaching offers IFS-informed coaching for people who want practical, forward-focused support for where they are today. This is not therapy, diagnosis, or clinical treatment.
This coaching approach is grounded in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) framework, helping you understand how different parts of you that are protective, driven, avoidant, critical, and creative impact your goals, motivation, and follow-through. Rather than trying to “fix” yourself, coaching supports you in learning how to work with your internal system to create sustainable change.
Who This Coaching Is For?
Integrated Parts Coaching is especially supportive for:
Those with ADHD navigating task initiation, follow-through, and overwhelm
Individuals working through life transitions, identity shifts, or role changes
People who feel “stuck” despite insight or past therapy
Clients seeking goal-oriented support without engaging in mental health treatment
What Coaching Focuses On?
Coaching is present- and future-focused, with an emphasis on:
Clarifying goals that align with your values and nervous system
Understanding how different parts influence decision-making and avoidance
Building practical systems that work with ADHD traits (not against them)
Increasing self-leadership, agency, and consistency
Translating insight into action without shame or pressure
Where Does Coaching Occur?
Coaching can occur wherever you are:
You’re welcome to visit us in our Portland, Oregon–based office, though most clients find that video sessions fully meet their needs and offer greater flexibility.
Because coaching is growth-focused and non-clinical, it is not restricted by state licensing requirements. This makes coaching an excellent option for individuals who travel frequently for work or leisure, live in different states, or want continuity in support regardless of location.
Wherever life takes you, coaching remains a consistent space to reconnect with your goals, strengthen self-leadership, and stay grounded in what matters most.
Coaching vs. Therapy
Integrated Parts Coaching is not psychotherapy and does not diagnose, treat, or process mental health conditions. Coaching does not address trauma, crisis support, or clinical symptoms. Instead, it offers structured, collaborative support for growth, accountability, and skill-building.
This service may be a good fit for individuals who:
Have completed therapy and want continued support
Are currently in therapy elsewhere and want non-overlapping coaching
Are seeking coaching as a standalone service.
